Any content you create or contribute—such as posts, comments, or knowledge artifacts—remains yours, but by submitting it to Xorynx, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and remix it within the ecosystem. This license enables us to preserve, evolve, and share your contributions in alignment with our mission.
We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to Xorynx, but we do not guarantee that our services will always be available, error-free, or secure. We may perform maintenance, updates, or upgrades without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or disruption arising from technical issues, third-party failures, or force majeure events. Your use of Xorynx is at your own risk, and you agree that our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the preceding twelve months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and relevant state laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
